With a rich background spanning over two decades in communications, Esther has dedicated the last ten years to conservation. Her journey has intertwined with marine eco-tourism, research, and conservation entities, where she has been the digital voice for their trailblazing endeavours and scientific milestones. As a co-author of three scientific papers and boasting of a Project Management for Wildlife Conservation qualification from WildTeam, Esther’s expertise is grounded in the power of research and data to propel conservation.
Beyond her professional achievements, Esther is deeply involved in Mossel Bay’s local community projects. She manages Clean Ocean Divers, an initiative focused on underwater clean-ups that protect marine life. On land, she organises coastal clean-ups, inspiring residents to maintain the pristine beauty of their shores.
